This is the perfect breakfast on a hot summer day. I love avocados as they are filled with healthy fat and provide many health benefits.
I used it in this recipe to give it a rich and smooth texture. I used a banana for its energy and its sweetness. I topped this smoothie bowl with berries and shredded coconut to keep it light and refreshing. You can also top it with nuts, chocolate or dried fruits.

Avocado Smoothie Bowl
Servings 1 person
- 1 Avocado
- ½ Frozen Banana
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- ½ Cup Frozen Berries
- 1 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut
- In a blender, mix the meat of 1 avocado, the 1/2 frozen banana and the hemp seeds until smooth.
- Pour the mixture in a bowl. Top with frozen berries and coconut.
