I absolutely love this book, not only that it has easy delicious and healthy recipes, but love the pictures that include the kids enjoying those cooked meals and the personal story that goes with the recipes, looking through the book that has easy ingredients and not complicated recipes makes a huge difference in the everyday busy life. Absolutely recommend this book, especially for busy moms.

I love, love this cookbook! One of the challenges I have is knowing what to cook that's simple and tasty. Vicky has solved that problem.
