This is VIRTUAL and takes place in Whatsapp app. You can join from anywhere in the world!

3. I am busy, do I need to commit to a specific time for this?

No. The daily insights and action steps are sent every morning in the Whatsapp group. You can listen at any time during the day and decide to implement the action steps you want whenever it suits your schedule. You choose the level of accountability you want with the amount of interaction in the group you feel comfortable with. 

4. What do I need to join the program?

Hello! I’m Vicky!

I am  certified nutrition & hormone specialist for women experiencing hormonal changes, difficulty losing weight, fatigue and/or stress, and who don’t know what to do to address these issues to feel confident in their body again.

I am a certified hormone specialist, nutritional therapist and advanced clinical weight loss practitioner.

I discovered the power of nutrition years ago when my mom was diagnosed with dementia and I was looking for solutions to save her life.

What I discovered enabled me extend my mother’s life and helped me lose the extra weight I was carrying around for years (since the age of 10).

It became my mission to share this knowledge with as many women as possible and help them become the #1 priority in their lives. It’s close to my heart because since my mom passed, every woman I help is a part of her that I keep alive.
