  • 1 Avocado
  • ½ Frozen Banana
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • ½ Cup Frozen Berries
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut


  • In a blender, mix the meat of 1 avocado, the 1/2 frozen banana and the hemp seeds until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture in a bowl. Top with frozen berries and coconut.
